I would strongly recommend Aris both as a personal trainer and massage therapist. He does not just push you to outperform yourself, but most importantly, teaches you how to perform each exercise the correct way and avoid injuries. He identifies your body’s weaknesses and tailors the training around your needs while strengthening the weaker areas. I have been training with him for over 2 years and never had a single injury, my back pains have disappeared and have seen tremendous difference in both my body and posture. Definitely the best personal trainer I have trained with!

Aris is an excellent Sports Therapist.
